Refund policy
Returns
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Return Process
Contact our customer service at viscontijewelry@gmail.com to initiate a return. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging or if you receive the wrong item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
